I missed last week because I had pink eye (also called conjunctivitis). I woke up last monday morning with an extremely soar right eye. Light was unkind to me in ways only Vampires could comprehend. Ok, I'm being dramatic... but it sucked. I had to take a cab ride to the hospital because my better judgement told me not to get behind the wheel. Once there, I was quickly admitted. The medical technicians ran a series of tests and diagnosed me with pink eye. Being extremely contagious, I had to quarantine myself at home for a few days.
I played a show Saturday night at the World Famous Kenton club over here in North Portland. It was a good night for us. We opened for Howie and the Hot Knives and our friends, Paintywaist. All nice dudes and great musicians. It is a fun spot to play at. Here is an action shot taken by our Burnside Distribution office-mate, Marco Pugatchenko.
Gotta get back to work... All this time off has put me really behind.
